Client Success Learning & Development Manager (Panorama Education)

About the Role: 

If you’re passionate about developing and implementing onboarding and leading strategy for continuing education programs to support new product rollouts, we have an opportunity for you.

You will combine your passion for problem-solving, coaching, and simplifying concepts to drive learning and success within the Client Success team by creating a training curriculum focused on enabling new client success team members. It’s critical they understand how to implement Panorama’s existing and soon-to-be released products so our clients can hit their goals.

Responsibilities:

  • You’ll develop strategy and curriculum for incoming team members to reduce time to fluency with the product for Client Success team members
  • You’ll work closely with Panorama’s Technology team to anticipate and prepare content and training for new feature and product launches; collaborate with other Ops team members to ensure systems are adapted for new product launches. 
  • You’ll adopt and manage the implementation of a Learning Management System to support team member skill and knowledge development, ensuring onboarding content is up-to-date and effective. You will also manage content development and make adjustments as necessary. 
  • You’ll deliver world class, high-impact learning experiences to our 85+ Client Success organization to ensure they have the knowledge they need to deliver Panorama’s products to our clients.
  • You’ll do needs assessments and make program recommendations working collaboratively with our leaders in Client Success.
  • You’ll develop, organize and manage the Client Success team’s knowledge management systems.

Desired Experience:

  • You have 2+ years experience designing, building, delivering, and managing Learning and Development programs in a fast-paced, rapidly growing company.
  • You’ve successfully designed and delivered tech and virtual platforms for teaching and learning experiences for all learning styles.
  • You communicate well across all levels of the organization and enjoy developing processes, workflows and training on complex platforms.
  • You continuously look for ways to make improvements and clarity for systems and people. 
  • You take initiative and have experience working cross-functionally to uncover and solve pressing business issues.
  • You thrive on attention to detail, accuracy, and bringing organization to  manage multiple programs simultaneously.

Bonus Points:

  • You have worked for a startup or EdTech company
  • You’ve implemented an LMS and worked across geographies in a remote capacity.

Panorama excitedly hosts two in-person "all team meetings" a year. All Panoramians attend and travel/hotels are provided. (Paused due to Covid)
