The Partners team is growing! But wait, who is the Partners team anyway? We are the crew that leads our partnership program across all of our products and ensures we have robust learning ecosystems for our clients. We are looking for an experienced addition to our partnerships team to manage partner relationships and support partner events.

What you will be doing:

  • Manage ecosystem partners and building partner and company relationships
  • Collaborate with the Partnership team to develop Partner processes
  • Create a strategy for and maintain clean and accurate partner account and user data in Salesforce, Gainsight and Partner Portal
  • Assist in designing, automating, building, and managing the Partner Lead Generation process
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to implement operational improvements and design new workflows and processes to assist the Partnerships team
  • Manage onboarding of new partners with setting up sandboxes
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to partner needs and objectives
  • Share management of our team email inboxes
  • Collaborate with Sr. Manager to create quarterly business reviews with partners and leadership teams
  • Manage events and activities where partner participation is present

Here's what you will need to know/have:

  • Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Capacity to set correct expectations and manage issues to completion.
  • Multitask and prioritize tasks in a changing environment.
  • Strong team mentality, utilizing internal and external resources strategically and judiciously.
  • Customer facing background within the software industry preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to solve problems and seek solutions.
  • LMS experience preferred.
  • Project management experience
