Our mission is to amplify teaching for 60 million K-12 educators globally and support them in delivering meaningful and personalised learning experiences.

We started our journey in the IB with a collaboration platform for IB teachers. Be it curriculum planning or parent communication, student portfolios or reports creation, Toddle makes working together simple and fun. Currently, Toddle is being used by 1,000+ progressive schools and 25,000+ teachers across the world. All our growth has been 100% organic and fuelled by positive word of mouth. Over the next 3 years, our goal is to become the preferred teaching partner of more than 50% K-12 teachers across the world.

We are at a pre-series A stage right now, growing fast in the SAAS Ed-tech space, and have been funded by Matrix, Beenext, and Better Capital among others.

Here’s what you’ll be doing

We are looking for a driven, enthusiastic person to join our team in the role of Senior Manager of Business Development. The north star metric for the role will be revenue. You will be responsible for conversion from the entire inbound sales pipeline. You will generate leads, conduct demos with schools, nurture relationships with them and work with the design and content teams to generate relevant content. You will be assisted in the role by a business analyst, design team and the content team.

Key responsibilities:

  • Reach out within your network to setup demos with schools/ districts
  • Work with the rest of the BD team to develop and continually refine the sales strategy
  • Work with the marketing team to identify hot leads and reach out to them
  • Conceptualise and execute cold email campaigns for schools across the world
  • Conduct demos with schools expressing inbound interest
  • Build relations with schools, nurture them by identifying their context
  • Generate relevant content to nurture schools: presentations, case studies, emails, etc.
  • Negotiate and finalise deals with schools and school districts
  • Work with the school success team to smoothly handover converted schools

  • Has a deep understanding of IB MYD / DP curriculum
  • Has experience driving sales of technology products (not mandatory)
  • Is an effective communicator with great presentation skills
  • Has excellent written communication skills
  • Is a learner and willing to learn new technologies and domains
