Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Professional Development and Solution Consultants primarily focused on interactive flat panel solutions in the Education vertical.
- Manage a team of Professional Development and Pre-Sales Solution Engineers focused in the Education vertical with the goal of improving student outcomes through effective engagement and implementation of Samsung Interactive Display technology.
- Design, create and execute the Professional Development strategy for education end users.
- Lead pre-sales technical solution and professional development team responsible for presenting Samsung interactive display hardware and software ecosystem through live and virtual demonstrations.
- Build long term education relationships securing future Hardware and Software sales through effective technical and professional development support.
- Partner with Marketing to develop education specific communications, support events and shows and coordinate POC/demo program.
Skills and Qualifications
Necessary Skills / Attributes:
- Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum 15 years of teaching experience in a classroom and teaching certification is required.
- Candidate can be located anywhere in the U.S.
- Google Certified Educator preferred.
- Prior experience leading a team with solid working knowledge of interactive display hardware and software solutions.
- Proven ability to successfully lead an organization, developing long term growth strategies and exceed annual targets.
- Strong understanding of education pedagogy and technology requirements with demonstrated success of delivering high quality professional development.
- Strong technology acumen and experience with training and lesson development.
- Ability to build relationships with key district and higher education institutions.
- Excellent public speaking and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational, planning and follow-up skills.
- Must be able to work independently as well as with existing sales team.
- Creative individual with high energy and a can-do attitude.
